Terms of Service

Welcome to FounderGPS. By accessing or using https://www.foundergps.co.in (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

FounderGPS is a guided LinkedIn growth system that provides personalized daily action plans, AI-powered writing mentorship, LinkedIn profile analysis, and progress tracking. The Service is designed to help founders, professionals, and individuals build their LinkedIn presence through structured daily missions over a 28-day sprint.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Only one account per person is permitted.

3. Subscription and Payment

FounderGPS offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, the subscription is priced at INR 999 per month. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in your account. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

4. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment by contacting us at support@foundergps.co.in. Refund requests made after 7 days from the first payment will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate or distribute spam content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or any third party
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Use the Service in any way that violates LinkedIn's Terms of Service
• Upload, post, or transmit any illegal, harmful, or objectionable content

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service, including post drafts, custom topics, and other written material. AI-generated suggestions, recommendations, and mentor feedback are provided for your personal use in connection with the Service. All intellectual property rights in the Service itself, including its design, features, code, and branding, remain the exclusive property of FounderGPS.

7. AI Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions, mentor nudges, and profile analysis. AI-generated suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. You should review all AI-generated content before publishing it on LinkedIn or any other platform. FounderGPS is not responsible for the performance of your LinkedIn content, including impressions, engagement, follower growth, or any other metric.

8. LinkedIn Compliance

FounderGPS does not access, scrape, or automate any actions on your LinkedIn account. All actions on LinkedIn (posting, connecting, engaging) are performed manually by you. FounderGPS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to LinkedIn Corporation in any way.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FounderGPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to FounderGPS in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including retention as required by applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
