This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for FounderGPS (https://www.foundergps.co.in).
Every new user receives a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be restricted to read-only access. You will not be charged during the trial period under any circumstances.
After the free trial, the Service costs INR 999 per month. Your subscription begins when you make your first payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay using your chosen payment method. Your subscription automatically renews each month on the same date as your first payment.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings within the app. Once cancelled, you will retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will be restricted to read-only access. Your data (posts, missions, progress) will be preserved for 90 days after cancellation. You may resubscribe at any time to restore full access.
How to cancel:
Go to Settings in the app, click on Billing, and click “Cancel subscription.” You will receive a confirmation email. No phone calls, no retention screens, no dark patterns.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. This applies to your first payment only, not to subsequent monthly renewals.
How to request a refund:
Send an email to support@foundergps.co.in with the subject “Refund Request” within 7 days of your first payment. Include your registered email address. No reason required — we will process the refund, no questions asked.
Refund processing:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
After the 7-day window:
Refunds for payments beyond the initial 7-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@foundergps.co.in to discuss your situation. We will do our best to find a fair resolution. Partial monthly refunds are generally not provided — we recommend cancelling before your next renewal date.
If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again within 3 days. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription will be paused. You will receive email notifications about failed payments. Your data will not be deleted — simply update your payment method to resume.
If we change the subscription price, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. The new price will apply from your next billing cycle after the notification period. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
