Personal Information You Provide:

When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional, for WhatsApp notifications), LinkedIn profile information (via screenshot uploads you provide), payment information (processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store your credit or debit card details), and onboarding responses about your professional goals, product details, and LinkedIn activity level.

Information Generated Through Usage:

We collect content you write using our writing editor (post drafts, custom topics), AI mentor interactions (nudges, reviews, feedback), mission completion data and streak tracking, weekly report metrics you input (follower count, engagement data), and profile roast results and scores.

Automatically Collected Information:

We may collect device and browser information, IP address, usage patterns and feature interaction data, and cookies for authentication and session management.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, personalize your AI mentor experience and daily missions, generate LinkedIn content recommendations tailored to your goals, send WhatsApp notifications for daily nudges (only if you opt in), process subscription payments through Razorpay, analyze usage patterns to improve the Service, and communicate with you about your account and updates.

3. AI Processing

Your onboarding data, writing drafts, and profile information are sent to third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI) to generate personalized recommendations, mentor nudges, and content reviews. We do not use your data to train AI models. Your content is processed in real-time and not retained by the AI provider beyond the immediate request.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers for the purposes described:

• Razorpay — payment processing
• OpenAI — AI content generation (only the minimum context needed for each request)
• Twilio — WhatsApp message delivery (only your phone number and message content)
• Resend — email delivery
• Vercel and Neon — hosting and database infrastructure

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Neon (PostgreSQL database) and Upstash (Redis cache). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We implement access controls and authentication to protect your account. Your payment information is handled entirely by Razorpay and never touches our servers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data, opt out of WhatsApp notifications at any time, and export your data (post drafts, mission history, reports).

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
